About the Mountain

WHY SKI HERE?

Despite its impressive terrain and snow conditions, especially by East Coast standards, Mont Tremblant is best known for all it offers besides skiing, which is a nearly endless list. Often called a ‘winter wonderland’ by those who have visited, Tremblant’s magic starts in its pedestrian-only village, which will transport you straight to the French Alps. From there, you might as well give ice climbing a try. Even beginners can do it, in as little as 3 hours.

“In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured.”

- Gordon B. Hinckley

Other fun activities at Mont Tremblant include fat biking on 30 miles of single and double track, snowshoeing to a fondue feast, dune buggy rides, dog sledding, cross-country skiing on 75 miles of trails, and even igloo building. If you can dream up a way to play in the snow, you can probably do it, all in the beauty of the surrounding Laurentian Mountains.
