About the Mountain

WHY SKI HERE?

Only a few hours from Calgary, Banff is one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the world. From each lift, you can see panoramic views of the Canadian Rockies under often blue skies. Being 7,200 feet above sea level, snow stays light and dry for a lengthy season.

“When you are too confident, that’s when you hurt yourself.”

- Candide Thovax

In the rare event you tire of skiing and need something else to do, there’s plenty around to choose from. You can take a helicopter up to a mountaintop hike, go snowshoeing, or get cozy in a natural hot spring.
