WHY SKI HERE?

Paradiski is the third largest ski area in the world, composed of three stunning resorts – Les Arcs, La Plagne, and Peisey-Vallandry. Unlike other ski areas in the French Alps, Paradiski has some great forest and tree runs, in case you ever tire of powdery bowls. You can also find plenty of bumps off the Varet gondola above Arc 2000, where there’s a collection of steep, ungroomed blacks.

“Work consists of whatever a body is obliged to do. Play consists of whatever a body is not obliged to do.”

- Mark Twain

Paradiski offers much more than skiing, including snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice climbing, to name a few other wintery activities you can try. The region is also known for excellent paragliding and speedflying. So if you’re there for a longer stay, you can pick up a few new adventuresome hobbies.
