About the Mountain

WHY SKI HERE?

East Coast skiing will never pack quite the same punch as West Coast skiing, but Killington at least keeps the West Coast humble. With a vertical drop of 3,500 feet and captivating views, you can have an incredible day out on the mountain with the right snow conditions. It can be icy at times, but think of it as good practice for being able to handle all sorts of terrain.

“There's no such thing as bad weather - only the wrong clothes.”

- Billy Connolly

You have a few choices for getting to Killington. If you’re already in the Northeast, there’s a good chance you can make an easy road trip out of it. If you’re flying in, Burlington and Boston are your best bets. You can even catch a ski bus on certain days from Boston.
